Delivery costs are based on the weight of your products and the delivery location. Similarly, delivery times are largely dependent on your location.
We work with Boxtal as our delivery provider, who will offer you a selection of the most reputable carriers, such as Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS, Mondial Relay, DHL, Fedex, TNT, during the ordering process.
The products will be packaged using standard export packing materials that adhere to the latest industry standards. However, if you require customized packaging for your order, please feel free to contact us. We will work with you to create packaging that meets your specific needs.
To determine whether the product you are viewing is new or used, you can refer to the product description on its page. Typically, there will be a clear indication of its condition. If the description does not provide this information, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further details. We guarantee that all of our products, whether new or used, are in excellent working condition and will meet your satisfaction.
The pictures displayed on the product page are all taken in-kind and show the actual condition of the product. If you require additional pictures to make a more informed decision, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with more detailed images of the product.
You are welcome to pick up your purchases directly from our warehouse. Our workshop is located at 4120 Route nationale, 59500 Douai.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return request. This timeframe is mainly used for handling your return, including unpacking, inspecting the returned items, restocking, and refunding your order.
However, please note that we cannot initiate your refund until we confirm the receipt of your package at our warehouse.
Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to refund you as quickly as possible.
